The mission of St. John's Episcopal Preschool of Morgan Hill is to provide a loving, nurturing preschool based on Christian values that enables children to grow and develop socially and cognitively in preparation for kindergarten. 

Curriculum

St. John's Preschool offers a varied program for 2 1/2, 3, 4, and Pre-K 5 year olds. This program focuses on developing the whole child through art, music, creative play, math manipulatives, reading readiness and field trips.

St. John's Episcopal Preschool is run by the Episcopal Church of St. John the Divine. Since our enrollment is open to all children, we thought that it might be useful to parents to present our understanding of how the role of religious faith will be presented and taught in our preschool program.

Registration/Enrollment

Registration for the Fall 2009-2010 school year at St. John’s Episcopal Preschool for new students/open enrollment will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, 8:15 a.m. in the church.

Enrollment is done on a first come, first serve basis.  Please call preschool for class availability at (408) 782-9994 .  If classes are full, you may opt to place your child on a waiting list for a particular class. You must enroll in person at the church office or an open house, but you can view and print the enrollment form here.

Please call the Preschool before coming to drop off the form at the church (17740 Peak Ave.).  

Class Schedule 2009-2010

These will be the classes offered for 2009-2010 school year at St. John’s Preschool:

• Jr. Kindergarten/Pre-K M - F (Student must be 4yrs. by Oct. 1st. Parents provide a "sack" lunch for this class.)
  • Half Day 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. ----$485/month
  • Full Day 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. ----$555/month
• A.M. Pre-K MWF (Student must be 4yrs. by Oct. 1st)
  • 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. ----$380/month
• P.M. Pre-K MWF (Student must be 4yrs. by Oct. 1st)
  • 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. ----$380/month
• 3 to 4yr. Combo (Student must be 3 yrs. by Oct. 1st.)
  • 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.2 days -------$270/month (T/TH)
  • 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.3 days -------$370/month (MWF)
  • 12:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. 2days-------$270/month (T/Th)
• 2 1/2 to 3yrs. (Students must be 2 1/2 yrs. by Sept. 1st.)
  • 8:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m. 2 days -------$270/month (T/TH)
  • Children must be potty trained. Staff will assist in potty training for above class the first month if needed.

All classes have an annual, non-refundable $100 registration fee due upon enrollment. A child is considered enrolled in a class when application and enrollment fee is turned into Ms. Kathy or registrar.

Classes are subject to change or are canceled depending on enrollment numbers. A registration refund will be given if this happens.
